Facilitator led series of regular meetings where women from local science, technology and engineering companies can share experiences and expertise in a neutral and supportive environment.
The group will meet on a monthly basis, over one year, to discuss issues affecting their business, or hurdles to starting their own business. Anything can be discussed and topics are decided by the participants. Group size is kept small to encourage participation and to help build trust. Everything is done in confidence.
