The Insurance Industry listens to SMEs
Tuesday 9th & Wednesday 10th February, The Savill Court Hotel & Spa, near Windsor.
The workshop will investigate the key challenges and risks facing Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), look at how the insurance industry currently helps their businesses, then move onto its main goal – agreeing how insurance products, methods of supply, and customer service provided can be re-invented to better help SMEs survive and grow through difficult economic times ahead.
Why SME proprietors and directors should attend ‘The Insurance Industry listens to SMEs’ workshop:
- You will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges and risks your business is facing, and to hear the ideas and experiences of a select group of other SMEs. Your views are critical
- You will hear representatives of the insurance industry (agents – insurer – re-insurer) discuss how they see their products, the structure of the insurance sector, and their customer service works currently for SMEs. You will also hear from partner organisations and industry experts
- You will come away with a better overview of the opportunities in insurance management, where possible leading to offers to participate in pilot schemes and/or an offer of a free insurance health check
- Most importantly, you will directly influence what the insurance industry could offer you in the future
- As a bonus, you will take back to your office an understanding of the Open House of Innovation methodology and the ability to better develop innovative ideas for your business
The insurance industry is attending to listen and to learn from you.
The workshop will be held at The Savill Court Hotel & Spa, near Windsor, commencing at 9.30am on Tuesday 9th February 2010 and concluding at 4.30pm on Wednesday 10th February. (www.macdonaldhotels.co.uk/savillcourt/),
